Wing, Command Chief Hewson and I wish you, your families and loved ones a wonderful Holiday season. As we enter this season during these unprecedented times, it is important for us to remain safe and vigilant. With extra pre-cautions, health concerns, travel advisories and deployments, many of us will not be able to visit with extended friends and family the way we would like. Just know we remain immensely grateful for the diligence and dedication to duty that you bring t...o the 106 RQW every day throughout the year. We also ask that you please pass along our gratitude to your families and significant others. We recognize that without their love and support, your service in the Wing would not be possible. We especially thank those who are currently deployed, and ask that everyone keep these individuals and their loved ones in your thoughts. Your commitment to the mission and to our nation’s security is greatly valued and appreciated. It is important that we continue to be a good ‘Wingman’ and be there for our fellow Airmen. Remember the vast and professional resources available on Base within the Health and Wellness Center. We should all keep safety in the forefront of our minds to ensure that, together, we can look forward to a New Year full of possibilities.
