#MuseumMonday - over the last couple of weeks we have looked at elements from the model in the Pathway to Empire exhibit. Today we look at this image that contains Browns Cash Store and the Lock 20 locktender building. Images such as this -and several others in our collection- were used along with the 1905 Canal Survey (in the New York State Archives) to design the model that illustrates the Schoharie Creek Aqueduct and Lock 30 of the Enlarged Erie Canal era 1840's to 1918.
