About Us: Boardwalk Empire Development Group LLC The Project: The development team is seeking to redevelop the old "Little Plaza" beach club site at 1815 Ocean Blvd in Atlantic Beach. It stood for 60 years, before it was destroyed and dismantled after hurricane Irene (2011). The time has come to build the future of all beach clubs.... Description: The proposed new luxury beach club would be a beautiful, modern, two-story building with a rooftop sundeck and an above the ground floor parking lot that is required by FEMA and Emergency Services.
