NYCDS had a special night earlier this week honoring Drs. Rekha Gehani and ADA President Chad Gehani with the Society's Mark Mintzer Award, Stanley Bergman and Steven Kess with the Society's Henry Spenadel Award, and congratulating Dr. Maria Maranga on becoming 2nd Vice President at the ADA.

Members learned several beneficial exercises from our wellness program last night led by Caitlin Hudson, Holistic Running & Health Coach at Tend Athletics. Save the date! Our next wellness program, focused on diet and nutrition, is scheduled for 11/19 at 7pm.
