9 Garden Bouquets from 2020.... this was so difficult as we had 9 months of options... 9 months of flowers and arrangements grown on the farm.... what a year it’s been!! 2020 was the beginning of my New Adventure Looking forward to Spring of 2021 To continue sharing my love of flowers..... www.westsidegardensbybrenda.com.

There aren’t many days I go without planting something... or playing in the dirt... I may be pushing the buttons a bit... If you don’t try you will never know!!! My binge watching on garden video’s has got me very antsy for spring.... I was born for warmer weather!!! Growing narcissus, did some winter sowing, planted tuberoses in a pot and transplanted some succulent babies.... and it’s still December ....

Due to covid there is not much to do these days..... so I have been reading, and studying and prepping.... I divided and cleaned my tuberose bulbs, and read everything possible on themwe will have a more abundant crop this year.... Also read everything I could find on growing ranunculus and anemone!!! I can’t wait!!!! AND I am still admiring an ornamental kale I cut in the end of August!! Look at those roots! Now that is a long lasting flower!!!! And it is still December! Not sure what I will do January and February!!!

Since winter is my least favorite season. My goal is on Spring!!! The wildlife in my neighborhood love tulips, they don’t save me many.... Plan B, I planted 100 tulips in pots today... The goal is they bloom for Easter, Mother’s Day and or my May wedding..... My countdown to Spring is on!!!
