ParentSquare Update - Health Screenings Thank you to everyone who has registered and is ready to go with our new ParentSquare communication tool. Please remember, ParentSquare will replace many of the tools we have been using, and will help us upgrade and monitor communication and other services. Starting Monday, November 9th, parents will be responsible for completing health screening attestations for their children. These must be submitted no later than 7:40 a.m. daily so... we can manage the health of children entering the building. It is a good time for us to share this important step. Some of you have not registered for your ParentSquare account yet. If you need a reminder, the information is attached here. Again, we are "going live" on Monday, and will be relying on you to complete the health screening attestations daily for your children. NY State of Health Open Enrollment Begins Tomorrow From the governor's office: "The 2021 NY State of Health Open Enrollment Period begins Sunday, November 1st. As we continue to fight COVID-19, making sure every New Yorker is insured and has access to health care has only become more critical. If you are not insured, make 2021 the year you change that. ParentSquare Registration Reminder Parents and guardians, please check your email for your invitation to ParentSquare, the new communication platform being implemented at NCS. Please activate your account as soon as possible; we are hoping to roll out some of the platform's great features soon, but need to make sure we're reaching as many of our families as we can! If you did not receive an invitation email, or if any of your contact information in ParentSquare is inaccurate, please call or email your building secretary. We want to ensure everyone has current contact information and can activate their ParentSquare account to provide reliable communication to our families. Thanks for your help!

Great Gourds! The elementary classes are engaged in a pumpkin decorating battle this Halloween week. Check out their cool and creative designs! The PTO is sponsoring and judging a contest for the cutest, ... funniest, scariest, most clever, most colorful, and craziest pumpkins. The classes have delivered their pumpkins to local businesses; see how many you can spot if you're out and about this weekend!
