Today’s Visit - by Debra C. During the Pandemic, Dr Drumm was able to take care of my emergency visit. I was so grateful due to that I had an infection and needed an extraction. I expressed how I appreciated the technique Dr Drumm used for the Novocain, didn’t feel the needle. Not only is Dr Drumm professional but is also down to earth when engaging about her family including her Dad. Also the office is so inviting and clean. I’m a newer patient less than a yr. For the average person right now the only thing that is bringing them out of their homes, to potentially interact with the public, is going to the grocery store. When I was at Bj’s two weeks ago a few people were in masks, when I was at Pittsford Wegmans last week maybe 10% of people were in masks, two days ago at Perinton Wegmans I didn’t see a SINGLE person wearing any masks or ...gloves. There were a lot of elderly people out shopping. If your elderly family does not have a mask encourage them to not go out. Bring them groceries to help them along. The CDC may start to require masks. Kelly delivered a true white glove treatment from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure everything was in line from the first contact to my appointment. First Visit - by Christa R. Today was my first visit to Dr. Drumm's office. It was great. My hygienist, Jill, was very knowledgeable, gentle, frequently asked if I was OK. She took a bunch of x-rays, cleaned my teeth and I can't say enough nice things about her. Dr. Drumm and I spoke about next steps with a couple of "tooth" issues and settled on a plan.
