We appreciate your support and continue to focus on keeping our employees and customers safe. We know some large retailers are unable to support some technical support/repairs at this time, we are here to help if needed. We repair computers, Macs, iPads and cellphones!... - 1 person allowed in lobby at a time. - We have our Tech on TV screen for quick help & check in. - You take off any case on your device and then you sanitize your phone first. - We have you come back at a certain time, no waiting in lobby please. - Tech cleans device again at designated table in lobby - Device is repaired then cleaned again by the Tech - We have you checkout at our pay kiosk. - Table and Kiosk cleaned after each touch. Simple & easy!

(Our Binghamton location is temporarily closed) We hope to remain open and keep our employees and our customers safe during our repair process. We are asking for your help and consideration for everyone!... -Please, if possible, come by yourself to drop off your repair. -If you have a general tech question or advice needed with something that we normally help you with, please call. We will still try to help whenever we can for general inquiries but we must limit face to face time. -We will have a check-in table at the front door. We will collect your information, just further away. -At the check-in table please take off any case, wipe down your device with disinfectants we provide you and place it in the bin provided on the table. -We will collect your device and clean it again. -We will give you a timeframe for repair and ask that you come back. We will have limited waiting in the lobby. -When your device is ready, it is disinfected again and payment collected. If possible we prefer a credit card be used for payment but we certainly understand if you want to use cash. -All touchpoints/check-in tables/check out kiosks are wiped down after each interaction. -For our frontline emergency workers-EMT/Police/Healthcare workers we are offering $40 off any iPhone screen replacement & $20 off any iPhone battery replacements. If you have another type of device we will offer on a case by case basis. Please have your employment ID with you! We will continue to offer this as long as we can. We appreciate your sacrifices during this time. -We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times because we know your devices are important and needed during this time. They may be extended due to volume at times. We will let you know at check-in what our volume is like and what your timeframe will most likely be. Most simple phone repairs we try to keep to 30 minutes. More complicated devices or if additional parts needed may be 1-5 days. Again, these can change. Thank you for your understanding and support. A couple words from the staff of 607 Tech Solutions During these times of uncertainty and everything surrounding COVID-19, we understand that health and safety are our client’s greatest concerns! We have made the choice to stay open as long as allowed and/or makes sense. Upon checking in, all devices are wiped or sprayed with disinfectant. This is the same process & disinfectant we have always used. Each device will be quarantined from other devices.... During repair, we ensure that our anti-static mats are clean and wiped down. Each is decontaminated after every single repair. After each device is repaired, we then wipe it down again with disinfectant and quarantine it until pick up. Our stores have been deep cleaned and our technicians, as well as front office, are practicing proper hand washing procedures as suggested by the CDC. We clean doors, counter tops and check-in computers multiple times during each day. We understand your concern during this time and assure you that we have put the proper procedures in place to protect you and your loved ones, as well as our employees and loved ones. Most devices are considered break-fix (which means we have to physically see the device to repair it) In the case of a software related issues for computers, we may be able to help you remotely.
