Labor Day Schedule Changes - There is only ONE change in schedule and that is for our YORKTOWN customers. Monday pick-up moves to Tuesday, Tuesday moves to Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday remain the same. There are NO other changes.... Have a great Labor Day.

July 4th - There are NO changes in the schedules for July 4th.

Due to lack of available employees we are unfortunately going to have to close the deli at 5 PM. I am sure as you are all aware employees are very tough to come... by now a days. Memorial Day Schedule Mahopac/Carmel - We ARE working there are NO changes to the schedule. Yorktown - We are NOT working - Monday collections move to Tuesday, Tuesday collections move to Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday remain the same.... Putnam Valley - We ARE working there are NO changes to the schedule. Somers/Katonah/Bedford/Pound Ridge/ etc. - There are NO changes to the schedule. Commercial Routes - We are working and there are NO changes to the schedule. Roll-off Customers - We are closed for the holiday

Pretty interesting for everyone to know. Most of AAA Carting’s trash goes to a similar incinerator.

Good Afternoon, I hope soon I will be able stop making these posts but unfortunately I have to make another one. We are pulling the trucks off the roads as it is getting very slippery. ... Putnam Valley - All collections were completed Mahopac/ Carmel - All collections were done besides roads and driveways serviced by the small truck. Yorktown - We finished about 3/4 of the routes. Listed below are some roads we could not get and will be back for first thing in the AM: - Jefferson Village - 3/4 of it - Jennifer Lane - Marcy Street - Cranberry Lane - Chesterfield Drive - Briarhill Street - Mill Street - Sunnyside Street and everything off it - Fawn Court - Beaver Drive - Princeton Drive - Spalding Drive - Holyoke Road - Cantebury Condos There are more but that is what I have for now. WE DO NOT SEE ANY REASON WHY WE WILL NO BE WORKING REGULAR SCHEDULE TOMORROW. If you have any questions please do no hesitate to call or message us.

Good Morning, Hope everyone is safe out there. We unfortunately had to pull our trucks off the roads. There are some areas in Mahopac/Carmel where trash wasn’t completed it will be completed tomorrow (weather permitting). Yorktown all trash except roads serviced by the smaller truck were completed but recycling was not the areas around Peter Pratt and areas south of the reservoir was not finished we will be completed tomorrow (weather permitting). Putnam Valley recycling was ...all completed. Putnam Lake was all completed. As I said if you are in any of these areas that were not completed we will be back tomorrow weather permitting. Friday collection will be updated as soon as any decision are made. We plan on working tomorrow but it will all depend on how the weather progresses. Stay safe.

Snow Update for Thursday ALL AREAS- We ARE working Thursday. We are going to start earlier than normal. Please put out your trash and recycling the night before. We are anticipating that we will be able to get the day completed. It will all depend on how the snowfall progresses. We will also update Friday again as the snowfall progresses.

Schedule update - Yorktown - Monday and Tuesday trash pick-ups will not be picked up until you next scheduled pick up day. Monday recycling and Tuesday recycling pick-ups will move to Wednesday, all other days remain the same Carmel/Mahopac - Monday and Tuesday trash pick-ups will not be picked up until you next scheduled pick up day. Monday recycling and Tuesday recycling pick-ups will move to Wednesday, all other days remain the same including Wednesday recycling remaining... Wednesday. Putnam Valley Monday Pick-ups, Tuesday Pickups, and Wednesday pick-ups will all be Wednesday. Putnam Lake - no changes Katonah/Bedford/Pound Ridge/ South Salem/ etc - Tuesday pick- up will move to Wednesday. Commercial service will either be doubled up or has already been picked up. Please make sure your container is clear and accessible. Also please make sure anyone who has driveway service or service in a private road that the snow is clear. Christmas and New Year's Schedules- Putnam Valley Subscriptions Customers - Friday collections will move to Thursday. All other collection days stay the same. Mahopac/Carmel - Friday collections will move to Thursday. All other collection days stay the same.... Yorktown - Thursday collections move Wednesday and Friday collections move to Thursday. Putnam Lake (Patterson) - Wednesday collections move to Tuesday, Thursday collections move to Wednesday, and Friday collections move to Thursday. The only change in schedule for Columbus Day is Yorktown collection. Monday moves to Tuesday, Tuesday moves to Wednesday but the rest of the week stays the same. As I said there is no change in any other collection schedules.

SNOW PICK-UPS POSTPONED - We have made the determination that the roads will not be clear in time tomorrow to be able to do collections. The following schedule will be followed: Putnam Valley Subscription Customers - Thursday pick-ups will be moved to Friday and Friday will remain on Friday.... Putnam Lake - Thursday pick-ups will be moved to Friday and Friday will remain on Friday. Yorktown - Thursday pick-ups will be moved to Friday and Friday pick-ups will be moved to Saturday. UPDATE: The snow is coming and the roads are getting bad. For the safety of our employees and our equipment we are pulling everyone off the roads. Whatever didn’t get done today we will finish up tomorrow as well as tomorrow’s work. We are hoping to not be delayed anymore by this storm. Thank you for your understanding.
