Every Wednesday at 5:45 PM I give a 90 minute yoga class at The Bodyshop in East Hampton 26 Newtown Lane (above Eileen Fisher) Come on up and join if you are into common sense, a good stretch and a good laugh You might want to look into The Bodyshop's website (bodyshopeasthampton.com) to see what else is offered - if you like Pilates, Zumba. Tai Chi, other yoga classes and more, this is all offered there. By the way, the tall ceilings, the wooden floor installed for dance and terrific light make you just want to get moving.
