Our thoughts and prayers are with Roseanne Sapienza and the Sapienza Family. The A&S Bagels Family and Scolieri Family are deeply saddened to have learned about the passing of Mr. Paul Sapienza. Paul Sapienza has been a long-time family friend to Nino Scolieri, A&S Bagels and the baking industry. Paul’s work as a businessman and his charitable work will not be forgotten. Paul’s charitable work included being a part of the Belmont Stakes Blue Ribbon Run for Prostate Cancer each year. He was also an owner of the Sapienza Bake Shop. The Sapienza Bake Shop is a landmark and has served the Elmont community for decades. It was an honor to know you and work with you Paul. You will be missed.
