I got this question the other day about this crash diet called the military diet. The military diet claims to help you lose 10lbs in 3 days...I am so mind blown because I am shocked this is still around. My mom introduced me to the Military Diet almost 20 years ago!... My poor mom used to do the military diet lol She would use it when she wanted to "look skinny" on the weekends..sound familiar? The problem was that she wasn't making any real changes to get body... She would drop water weight rapidly but then would gain it back on the 4th day... This is the problem with most "diets" they are NOT sustainable and this is exactly why at AB Fitness Center we teach you a system of eating for lifelong progress! 5lbs doesn't sound like much but 5lbs of PURE Fat is a lot! If you grab that area on your stomach that you dont like....or that spot on your hips that you will you could off thats the type of fat I am talking about...
