Great job to our Rhode Island team for taking part in the annual #imaginewalk2019 for the Autism Project this morning representing team #ABI and #PAW @applied_behavior_interventions @city_pro_group

We met Xiomara last year at the Mercy College career fair as an undergraduate. She came up to our table and introduced herself to our recruiting team with such passion, altruism and a fire to learn #appliedbehavioranalysis that really stood out. By the end of the career fair we each had an email extending a sincere thank you. She reinforced in her message the direct link between helping individuals and her desire to work at @Applied Behavioral Interventions. She wanted to pur...sue a career that would allow her to have a positive impact on families helping children with #autism. Later that month she accepted a position working as a Behavioral therapist under our #BCBA leadership. She immersed herself in our classes, training and today she received an award by the family and Senator Jamaal Bailey for her accomplishments in the field of ABA, gratitude and dedication.
