Featuring 10 private 1:1 therapy rooms, a gym, sensory room, and a functional play room, our first NY clinic, helps our amazing team reach new heights in therapy for children with developmental disabilities. Children with special needs can receive clinic-based or a mix of home and clinic-based therapy based on their needs, through private health insurance and private pay in a fun and safe clinic environment. BCBAs, or Board Certified Behavior Analysts, provide assessments..., treatment plans, and ongoing supervision and training to our wonderful behavior therapists who conduct the 1:1 ABA therapy. This week's Social Distance Superhero is Ye Sil! Ye Sil is one of our best therapists and this is just her first case. She engages in pretend play and engages a 3 year old for over 2 hours, and reaches all of his goals. She uses a PowerPoint she made that is all about playing Police officer. Each slide is a part of the play sequence, ranging from choosing his car, to pictures of the result of him catching the robber, to giving him written direction to write a police report!...
