Armored Combat Worldwide: New York City 21.01.2021

Gladiator Bootcamp Home Edition Type: Graduating/escalating program centered around armored combat style of sports - High-intensity, endurance, strength, technique martial arts and weapons Level: For everyone - just beginning to exercise to experienced veteran of sport - Reduce repetitions/durations if too much - Increase repetitions/durations if not enough Details: Current week of program should be completed (at least) 3 times per week - Once comfortable with 3 times per week of the class that you are on, progress to next class - The videos are going to be concise with quick explanations and demonstrations - After the demonstration of an activity, put video on pause and do the exercise for the amount of repetitions/duration that you have targeted for yourself, then un-pause for the next exercise - All exercises will be able to be done with just yourself and/or with household items - Sometime in the future we will show how to make your own foam swords, etc., for training, but for now we suggest you just use household items like paper towel rolls and such if you don’t have foam, wood, or steel weapons at hand Class 1 - Intro - 20 seconds high-knees - 20 seconds shadowboxing - 20 seconds of weapon strikes on doorframe or door or anything with paper towel roll or rolled up paper bag or anything - 20 seconds of pushups - 20 seconds of sit-ups, with two shadow punches at top - 20 seconds of squats, with two shadow punches at top - 20 seconds of shadowboxing with kicks - 20 seconds of weapon strikes on doorframe or door or anything with paper towel roll or rolled up paper bag or anything, with shadow punches and kicks intermixed - 20 seconds of pushups - 20 seconds of sit-ups, with two shadow punches at top - 20 seconds of squats, with two shadow punches at top - 1-mile sprint/jog/walk

Armored Combat Worldwide: New York City 19.12.2020

This Sunday, August 9th, from 4-6 PM! We’re back in action! The Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden is the oldest beer garden (over 100 years old!) in NYC and one of the largest drinking venues in all of NYC! Moreover, this event will also be a recurring monthly event and 8/9 will be our first! This is an outdoor beer garden with social distancing, the staff and fighters being temperature checked, and we ask that everyone wears a mask as well! We can have fun and be responsible too!... Full steel armor, steel weapons, full contact MMA, team fighting! We look forward to seeing you this Sunday!
