Nearby PA is experiencing similar problems with school drinking water that NY had during the summer of 2016. Schools are back in the news this week. This time due to the suspected presence of lead and copper in the schools water supply. The city of Detroit has added bottled water to the list of necessary "school supplies" until the situation can be fully investigated and resolved.
