AN IMPORTANT COVID COMPLIANCE UPDATE FOR OUR PATIENTS: Greeting to All our valued patients and their family members, In the past week we have had many questions... regarding our mask policy as well as patients/family members entering our practice without wearing a mask. We realize that many industries are now allowing us to enter without a mask if we have been vaccinated (this is on an honor system). At this time we are still requiring that anyone entering our practice MUST wear a mask. While our team has been fully vaccinated many of our patients are not eligible to receive vaccines, so for their protection we must mandate you to continue to wear a mask while in our practice. Unfortunately we will not be able to hand out masks if you arrive without one and we will have to reschedule your appointment. Our clinical team will continue to wear a mask at all times since their position requires direct contact with patients/family members so that we can continue to keep you and your family well. We are sorry to carry on the unpleasant mandate of wearing a mask but we are truly invested in doing our part in helping to keep our community safe! The CDC and Governor Cuomo have relaxed the rules regarding facemasks for fully vaccinated people starting May 19th 2021. As a healthcare facility we are not included in the list of buildings and companies that you can enter without a mask . So we are asking all of our patients to bear with us as we continue to protect those around us. All staff and patients will still be required to wear a mask (regardless of vaccination status) when entering our establishment. We know that this has been a trying year for everybody but we ask of you to just be patient a little longer.
