Just finished up this 14.5" heat sink. The walls on those pockets are .08" thick 1" deep. Just finished this 10lb. part that started off as an 80 lb. chunk of aluminum. We were able to do the majority of the work on our five axis machine. The outside dimensions are roughly 4"X11"X16".
