While FeedMore WNY continues to experience increases in need as it has never seen before, Score This Score This selected the hunger relief organization as the beneficiary of NYSVR434, a virtual race across New York State where participants ran the distance equivalent of Niagara Square in Buffalo to Times Square in NYC (434 miles) between May 15th - September 15th. With an initial goal of raising $10,000 for charity, Score This!!! donated a portion of every registration to FeedMore WNY. The virtual race was an unbelievable success and Score This!! broke another record, donating a total of $76,000 to FeedMore WNY! The #BuffaloStrong campaign provided thousands of meals for families in need of extra help since the start of the COVID-19 crisis. FeedMore WNY is so appreciative of the partners who participated in this campaign - 7 Eyewitness News WKBW, Retro Buffalo, Dash's Market and The Erie County Fair - and the donors across our region who came together to help our neighbors in need. From March 27th to September 1st, the #BuffaloStrong campaign raised over $100,000 for FeedMore WNY!
