The AMMA on MLK day provided volunteerism at central city café Durham’s Soup Kitchen The diners truly enjoyed themselves and the special one on one attention given to them. And, being in service to them was a joy for all of us. Pictures and posting is with their individual permission.

What a beautiful MLK Day of Service.This year the African Methodist Ministers Alliance (AMMA) worked side by side with the Law Firm of Harter Secrest & Emery. We press toward the mark of our high calling in Christ Jesus, empowering individuals and communities. All while working toward amenable solutions to social and justice problems that moves us closer to Dr. King's vision of a "Beloved Community." 11 years strong, the Law Firm Harter, Secrest & Emery, John Horn and his ...awesomely amazing and beautiful team has Celebrated Rev.Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service with Central City Cafe, (Soup Kitchen) Durham Memorial AME Zion Churches Outreach Ministry.They purchase, assist in preparation and the serving of an awesome delicious lunchtime meal for the Diners of Central City Cafe. Kudos to Harter, Secrest & Emery and the African Methodist Ministers Alliance, what a phenomenal ,grateful, strong partnership of service this year and we all had an amazingly purposefully grand time in Community Service.
