Unfortunately, Niagara Pioneer has decided to officially cancel the tournament. On a more positive note, we are another day closer to being able to hold practices! I've got a few irons in the fire to get these kids active and playing again. I'll update when I can! Coach Paul

Unfortunately, BWNYJSL has made the decision to cancel the 2020 travel soccer season. To say it's sad news is an understatement. As coaches we look back on our time as players and would LOVE the opportunity to have that time back. To have a full season taken away from these kids is tough to swallow. Please know that we will be making every effort to get them back on the field in come capacity over the summer. Get out, kick the ball around, and we will see you soon! ~Coach Paul

Hey team, check this out! Challenger is doing a free training session online. Take advantage of it!

Really effective little move to work on! Start by standing still, roll your foot over the ball towards the middle of your feet. When your foot gets to the opposite side of the ball, push the ball toward the outside of your body.

Here's some info for the boys to chew on when they have a few minutes. The coaches have tried to instill this during the limited practice time we've had but some people are just better at digesting through reading.

Here's a quick visual reference for positional numbers. US Soccer has implemented numbering positions for easier communication. Notice how the formation is slightly tighter defensively to start. This makes for shorter easier passes. I'll be posting another reference summarizing positional responsibilities soon!
