As a safety precaution we are canceling the 6:30 am and 8:00 am classes tomorrow morning. The building will open at 9:00 am and as of right now the noon and afternoon classes are on as scheduled. Get an extra hour of sleep or travel safely if you have to go out tomorrow AM.

We are extremely sad to announce that Minny passed away yesterday. Minny was a friend to all who came to the gym. It didn’t matter if you were the mailman, stopping in for a CrossFit class, or coming in to play racquetball, Minny was happy to see you (especially if you gave her treats and belly rubs). We still remember those early days when Minny first arrived to the gym. As a puppy she was an escape artist, running enthusiast, and master of the game hide and seek. Her ...favorite thing to do was to have the entire coaching staff chase her down sand creek road or look for her around the neighborhood. She wasn’t always allowed to come down to the WOD space. But, Minny was stubborn and would often sneak down anyway to be where all the action was and to spend time with her friends. During warm-ups she would offer a wet nose of encouragement. During the workout she would count reps to make sure everyone did all their burpees. Post-workout she would help clean up by licking sweat off your leg. We will certainly miss our gentle, droopy eared friend hanging out at the gym with us. Please keep Coach Shye in your thoughts through this tough time. We are so excited to see you all back at the gym again tomorrow! Hard to believe it has been 6 months, but we made it. Take note that each workout station will have it’s own cleaning supply kit that also bears the number of the station.... : We will be reopening our facility for indoor use and indoor classes tomorrow on Thursday, September 3rd. As per government guidelines, all members visiting the facility will be required to wear a mask for the duration of their stay this includes during physical activity. :... Members will have their temperature taken to determine if it is safe for them to enter the facility. Members will sign a form that stating they are not currently sick, have not been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have not recently been to a place on the travel restriction list, and have not been in contact with someone experiencing COVID-19. : Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM to NOON : The cardio room, fitness center, and bathrooms are open for use. Men’s room showers are closed. Ladies room showers are open. Drinking fountains are closed with the exception of the bottle refill by the CrossFit space. Please maintain social distancing when in communal areas. : Are available for play. : To be determined based on instructor availability and member interest. : All CrossFit classes will he held indoors. No one will be allowed to take equipment outside. Classes will be capped at 10 people. You must register in advance. If class is full you will not be allowed to join. Athletes will have a 9’x12’ station that contains equipment needed for the days workout and cleaning supplies to sanitize stations after class. There will be a 15-minute gap between classes to allow for cleaning time and for athletes to leave the building. To keep our WOD space sanitary, please do not bring the following into the WOD room: gym bags, keys, wallets, phones. See more
