As our first full week back comes to a close, I Just wanted to drop by and say a few things... First and foremost, Thank you to all of you who continue to patronize and support Our business each and every single day. Thank you for giving us grace this past week and having patience with all of us as we found our footing working back together, as a team. We pushed hard this week and far exceeded any expectations of what I envisioned for our first week open. So, I thank all of ...you for your support! We would not be where we are today, without all of you!! Secondly, A tremendous Thank you to all of my Hardworking, Dedicated and Amazing Staff. I could not have survived this chaotic first week without all of you by my side. I truly have missed each and every single one of you, and I’m so glad to be back together working as a team! Thank You guys for working and collaborating together, to make Alekas such and amazing and positive place! I am so excited for Week 2 and cannot wait to see what wonderful chaos it will bring! We have decided together as a team, that until further notice, we will close on Wednesdays to Replenish, Clean and Prep. We will continue running take out for the time being and the Schedule will be as follows... Monday 11-8 Tuesday 11-8 Wednesday Closed Thursday 11-8 Friday 11-8 Saturday 11-8 Sunday Closed We hope you stop on by and grab some take out this week, we anxiously await the day we can all safely be together dining inside again. Bright, bold, and bursting with flavor -- a meal with us is anything but boring!

Hi Y’all! Its been a busy few days filled with lots of chaos, boy have we sure missed this! We’re pushing out orders as fast as we can take them. We are in the trenches with two lines of tickets deep and we’re loving every single second of it!! Thank you again for giving us grace and having patience with us while we are getting a system down and our groove back! ... As of 4 pm today, we’re serving a few of our favorite pasta dishes! These Pastas dishes will Run Today (Thursday) - Saturday. We have had a lot of feedback and understand how much they have been missed! So here’s the lineup!
