I was catching up with a friend today that I ran into a week ago on the beach while I was doing a family session. We were chatting today and she told me I have never seen you so happy before and glowing!! Photography is what you’re meant to be doing What my friend told me hasn’t left my head all day because it’s true, I am the happiest when my camera is in my hand. I love meeting every single one of you, getting creative, trying new things and best of all having fun with it all. The moral of this post is be happy, find what makes you happy and do it because life is too short to not be happy. I already knew photography made me very happy, but hearing it from a friend, can tell that from me on a shoot, just validates it! Happiness is key @ Nantucket, Massachusetts

Yesterday I delivered Alli’s senior gallery! This family holds a special place in my heart, they were one of first clients; I did a family session back in 2015 with them 5 years ago!!!!!! How crazy?!?! Then I had the pleasure to take Morgan’s senior photos a couple years after that, and now it was Alli’s turn!!! How has it been a year? It just seems like yesterday you were here with us. One year ago today, I gained a Guardian angel. Congratulations to Shannon and Joey!!! Yesterday was so dreamy! A backyard wedding on Nantucket with your closest family, followed by a bonfire on the beach the next night. Could it get any better than that?! I had such a pleasure being apart of Shannon and Joey’s wedding day. They are such lovely people and we had so much fun and of course we connected over both going to Cuse. Plus there daughter is the cutest thing ever!!! Two years ago (June 24, 2018), I photographed my first ever solo wedding. Two years ago my eyes gained a whole new perspective on photography & design. Within these two years I have learned SO much and have met so many wondering people!! Two years later, I am loving what I am doing and so happy I followed my dreams + started my photography business. I love a good golden hour portrait session on the beach

I took some off social media to soak up my last bit of quarantine at home with my fam, packed up my stuff and moved back to Nantucket. During that time I got creative with some flat lays and new branding for my page. It felt really good to step away for a bit and enjoy the beauty of the places I get to call home with the people I love. Super grateful for this time and I am excited to be back and ready for this amazing season!!
