Some hopeful information for NY multifamily landlords: SALT limitations that began in January 2018 are being revisited in Washington right now

The IRS granted broad coronavirus-related tax relief in its guidances outlined in Notice 2020-23. But it’s still a struggle for real estate professionals to interpret the guidance and it’s impacts on 1031 exchange deadline extensions.
