We Are Phase 3!! Yes, We Are Phase 3!! The governor will decide when phase 3 opens. We just got notice @ 2:00am! Here is the link. https://forward.ny.gov/phase...-three-industries scroll down and under Personal Services click on view summary guidelines. On page one it list massage therapy along with other services in the first paragraph. It then gives us pages of guidelines we need to follow. I recommend you download it and read it. You will also need to click on the other two blue tabs under personal service and follow what you need to do. Second tab is read and affirm and then the third tab, do and print the business safety template. I have not read the guidelines yet.
