Materials are difficult to come by due to #COVID so please bring things in and allow TIME for them to be worked on! Also you MUST HAVE A TICKET to pick up your items! Take photos of your ticket on your cell phones if you have to! This is a SERIOUS MATTER for there is much work coming into the store and the shoe maker needs to take time out of doing work to find shoes.
