We are excited to announce that effective July 1, 2021, Amherst Security Professionals, Inc. will merge with Buffalo Protection and Investigation, Inc. The new company will be called Vista Security Group, Inc., which represents the shared vision of two established, regionally owned security industry leaders. Jeff and Mona Rinaldo, the owners of Buffalo Protection & Investigation, Inc., and Jeff Gilbert and Daniel Mania, the owners of Amherst Security Professionals will eac...h be partners in Vista Security Group. The catalyst for the creation of Vista Security Group is our belief that the combined organization will enhance our collective ability to better serve both our clients, and nearly 900 Vista employees with honesty, integrity and excellence. This is a merger of two highly compatible organizations that have worked together and shared resources over the years. Both ownership groups have been longtime personal friends. With more than 35 years of combined security and investigations experience, we have forged many mutually successful partnerships with clients in virtually every industry and special event venue across Upstate New York. Vista Security Group embodies the combined strength and depth of experience of our employees, management teams, and owners, as well as a shared, client-centric operating vision. Our combined strength will be of great benefit to our clients, who will continue to enjoy the same working relationships, management teams, and quality personnel that they have in the past, as well as the same commitment to responsiveness, customer service, and partnership. Vista Security Group’s corporate headquarters will be located at 60 Bryant Woods South, Amherst, NY 14228, and we plan to launch our new website, www.vistasecuritygroup.com, in the coming weeks. We look forward to embarking on this new venture to better serve you, our clients, and our employees. In every way, Vista Security Group will be stronger together.
