Amherst Little Free Pantry

The moratorium on evictions in New York State has been extended to September 4th. The moratorium was first put in place in March to protect residential and commercial tenants facing financial hardship due to the pandemic. As long as we are in the middle of the pandemic, there will be no evictions.

***Please Share*** We saw a huge increased need from Thanksgiving to present. Can you help? We need the basics: cereal, tuna, pasta, Mac n cheese, soup, canned pastas (i.e. ravioli), canned fruit, pasta sauce (no glass), shampoo, dish soap and deodorant. Please non perishables only, no glass and no expired food. We are always open 24/7, 365 days a year to all in need (no questions asked and no eligibility requirements) in the outside cabinet on the front portico.
