The stand is closed for the season, taken down and put away until 2021. We want to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for making 2020 our most successful season ever. Yes, mostly favorable weather helped us to grow a bountiful yield of fresh produce, but without you, the customer, it would have all been for nothing. We can't do it without you!

Last weekend a customer asked why our carrots looked so strange. I tried to explain that here in Pompey we have little rocks in the soil, and the carrots have to try to grow around them. She seemed to accept that as possible, but when I told her they'd taste better than any of those straight Californian carrots that she'd ever had, she couldn't quite believe that. Her loss, I guess.
