Please note that REGISTRATION IS FULL, and due to current circumstances we will not permit additional participants to join the procession. We look forward to next year, when we can join in unlimited numbers for this joyous annual tradition! Art Omi welcomes back Phil Kline's Unsilent Night, a participatory electronic soundscape celebrated worldwide every December since 1992!
