Happy 10th Anniversary AYUWS!!! I am so grateful to everyone who has come to practice and share their breath, sweat, laughter and tears over the last years... I can't believe it's been a decade! Thank you all for helping to make the shala such a special place.

Tomorrow, Friday, July 31st, in honor of Guru Purnima and what would have been Guruji's 100th birthday, we will have an hour of chanting from 10-11am to celebrate his life and teachings. Please come!
