Registrations are now being accepted for: The Association of Registration Management Inc.’s 2020 Virtual Educational Conference... We regret that we could not host our annual conference this year in Florida, so we are doing the next best thing! This is an opportunity for you to learn from experts in Compliance, Registration and Licensing. Subject Matter Experts from FINRA, NASAA and Industry have agreed to participate and will inform attendees of the latest changes affecting our industry. The virtual conference fee is $199 per individual ARM member and $299 per individual non-member. Our hope is that by being able to offer a reduced rate, more individuals will be able to take part! Individuals MUST register BEFORE September 25th to receive their personal links to the event and may do so HERE by credit card (preferred) or check. We are pleased to waive registration fees for our Regulators, but you MUST register so that you receive your personal links to the event. Registration is NOT transferable. Registration is on a per-person basis only and required to receive personal links to attend. Links will be provided under separate email prior to the event. We know there is a lot of information to be shared that we were not able to do this year at our Annual Educational Conference in June, which was rescheduled to October, and then cancelled. In keeping with our organization’s mission statement, we want to provide as much information as we can to help our industry nonetheless. Therefore, we are preparing to present our first virtual conference in September. This will be done in partnership with On24 (Streamlined Communications) as our web provider. Annual Educational Conference 2020: The Executive Committee for The Association of Registration Management, Inc. today decided to cancel the 2020 Annual Educational Conference. This was a difficult decision but one that we feel had to be made at this time so that our attendees could plan accordingly. The bottom line is that we want everyone to be safe and healthy so that when we are finally able to meet in-person, in June of 2021, we will do so under better circumstances. I...f you have paid an attendee, sponsor or exhibit fee and would like a full refund, you must advise us at this mailbox NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2020. No refunds after that date. If you would like to lock in your spot (attendee/exhibitor/sponsor) at this year’s rates instead and NOT be refunded, please advise us at this mailbox by June 30, 2020. We are exploring other options for late September i.e. Virtual Conference or a Conference Call series along with related fees/expenses. Details will be forthcoming by the end of July 2020. We are pleased to inform you that our Annual Educational Conference has been rescheduled to October 5-7, 2020 at The Ritz Carlton, Sarasota, FL. If you have made a hotel reservation, we suggest you call the hotel (941-309-2050) to confirm that it has been cancelled. Reservations for the new dates will open this summer. If you have already registered for our conference, please contact Marian Desilets at [email protected] and let her know if you would like us to hold your payment for October (you’ll be marked paid) or if you need us to issue you a refund.

After careful consideration, we have decided to cancel our upcoming Business and Networking Luncheon, currently scheduled for April 3, 2020. Refunds (credit card credits or check, depending upon how you registered) will be issued as soon as practical given restraints with members working remotely for extended periods. With regard to our Annual Educational Conference, we are exploring what our options are with the hotel that will not incur significant financial burdens t...o ARM. Although the conference is still scheduled for June 8-10th, we are looking into rescheduling options for later in the year or cancelling depending upon the outcome of our negotiations with the hotel. At this time, it is recommended that firms refrain from booking rooms and/or non-refundable airfares until further notice. Further, there is no need to cancel existing room reservations, unless you personally decide to do so. Thank you for understanding. We wish everyone well during these unprecedented times.
