Hi Parents, This looks like a great opportunity. It is free and it is taught by a scout master and his 9 year old son. Kids as young as 6 can participate. Let me know if you do it!!

I am so proud of Paul for winning this year's Christmas Tree contest at Stony Brook Village. He is a thoughtful Seedling who's been part of my group for years!!! Congratulations and Merry Christmas The Results of the Ward Melville Heritage Organization's 2020 Holiday Tree Competition... And, the winner is....Tree #210! Titled "Onward to 2021" and designed and constructed by 9 year-old Paul from Lake Grove. When asked about his inspiration for his decorated tree he said that he wanted to spread "hope and appreciation for everything that we have" during the holidays. Congratulations Paul!! If you would like to view the decorated trees, they will be up until January 4th in Stony Brook Village!

NIGHTIME CONSTRUCTION! Last night the boys created a military base to attack all the evil geese. They even chose a leader, because he was the oldest and a throne was built! Very sophisticated. This all happened in front of me.

Under the Cloudy Skies! Great session last night with a group of girls who bonded so quickly. So valuable to have kids out socializing and being together. That is something that never gets old!!!

It was so great to see a Seedlings family on the trail today at Avalon!!!! Loved hearing about their adventures on the trail. Grateful to Ford's amazing family for getting out there on this beautiful day :)
