While Christmas Eve is typically a time of joy and celebration, our volunteers remember the day, 8 years ago were 2 members of the West Webster Fire Department (Monroe County, outside Rochester) lost their lives in a tragic line of duty incident. Our Volunteers will never forget their dedication and sacrifice to their community. Please keep the families and friends of Past Chief Chiapperini and FF Kaczowka in your thoughts and prayers.

Our volunteers had such a great time this evening. The 6 hours of escorting Santa went by fast and we apologize if we didn't get to your Street. The outpouring of support and holiday cheer was 2nd to none. Santa wanted to send along his personal thanks for the many wonderful signs, posters, and all the amazing decorations in our community. Unfortunately he's on a very tight schedule and needs to return to the North Pole. We didn't witness him leaving but heard him yelling ho ho ho...

SANTA... is coming to town. Our volunteers have received official word from Santa's workshop that the Big Man himself will be visiting our community THIS SATURDAY (12/12/20). As we know, his time is very limited, especially this time of year but he wanted to make a special trip to the Greater Baldwinsville area. We don't want to assume he's making his list and going to check it twice but he's noticed the Village of Baldwinsville has done a wonderful job decorating the Vill...age and tree and he wanted to make a surprise visit. Keep a close eye out for the Caravan of Lights coming Saturday... The attached photo is a TENATIVE schedule of his official visit. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS TIMES MAY VARY, especially if his tour guides have to handle emergency business. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for more details and if any day/time changes need to occur due to the weather or emergencies. The Caravan of Lights will unfortunately not stop for photos or to talk to Santa. We appreciate everyone staying safe by socially distancing and following all safety guidelines. Please continue to keep our community safe with hopefully a little cheer along the way.
