Ashtami Anjali Walk-Ins are now open to all. The Mandir is approved to operate at 50% capacity so we have extended our hall to allow for more devotees while maintaining safety. Please join us as we celebrate Durga Puja 2020.

Thank you to all who have reserved their time slot for Saptami/Ashtami/Navami Anjali this year. For those who have reserved a time slot, please arrive 15 minutes before your allotted time to complete temperature checks and reservation check in. COVID-19 Guidelines: - Face masks are mandatory and must be worn at all times. - For the safety of yourself and others, social distancing is recommended.... - Temperature checks will be performed before entering the Mandir. - Free reservation for devotees who would like to perform Anjali will be limited to 30 min time slots (please make sure you reserve a slot for all members of your group). - Saptami pre-reservation time slots are almost full - Ashtami pre-reservation time slots are all full - Navami pre-reservation time slots are all full - After Anjali is performed, we kindly ask that devotees follow instructions of the volunteers to exit the Mandir in an orderly manner. - Prepackaged Prasad will be served upon exit (Saptami/Ashtami/Navami/Dashami only). Devotees will not be allowed to consume prasad on the Mandir's premises. Schedule of Events: - 10/22-10/24 (Saptami/Ashtami/Navami) - Mandir will be open from 6pm - 9pm for Ma Durga Darshan. No reservation needed but occupancy rates will be monitored to make sure the Mandir is in compliance with the NY State mandate. - 10/25 (Dashami) - Ma Durga Sindoor Dan will be from 12pm - 6pm. No reservation needed but occupancy rates will be monitored to make sure the Mandir is in compliance with the NY State mandate. - There will be no cultural programs this year. Donations are welcomed upon entrance to the Mandir. Thank you for your continued support and understanding while we perform Durga Puja celebrations this year. Due to COVID restrictions, the Bangladesh Hindu Mandir will be operating in compliance with NY State mandates. For the safety of our devotees and priest, we request all visitors wear a mask and maintain a 6 ft social distance at all times. Devotees are encouraged to book all religious services by email ([email protected]) or phone (718-446-6727). Due to the pandemic, the Mandir is facing financial stress in maintaining operational expenses. We are humbly requesting our devotees to help us during this difficult time. Donation checks can be mailed to the Mandir or a monthly ACH request can be setup by phone.
