Effective Monday, January 11th, our Oneonta lobby will reopen for business from 8:30am - 5:00pm. Our Cooperstown lobby will remain available by APPOINTMENT ONLY. We encourage customers to utilize our Oneonta drive-thru location, online and mobile banking services. Our team appreciates your cooperation as we continue taking extra precautions in the interest of keeping our employees and customers safe.

Our community offices will close at 4pm on Thursday, December 31st and remain closed on Friday, January 1st in observance of New Years Day. We will resume our regular hours on Monday, January 4th. Please note that both our Cooperstown and Oneonta community offices are available by appointment only. Our Oneonta drive-thru service remains open during our regular business hours.
