Last night in the BASQUE kitchen.... preparing some Pollo Villaroy ( Chicken Villeroy ) One of the few specials for this weekend. In this video we are dunking boiled chicken breast into a pot of bechamel cream sauce, once the chicken breast is coated it is left in the cooler over night so that the bechamel cream will create a hard coating around the chicken breast. The final step is to coat the bechamel covered chicken breast with a blend of panko and bread crumbs and fry... until golden brown.
