REMEMBER TO RECHARGE: What does the word Recharge mean? Recharging something, means you bring it back to life or reenergize it. ... Similar to when you charge your cell phone. And some do that twice per day, right? Unfortunately, statistics show because of the pandemic, 69% of the people are burning out because they are not balancing work and personal time. Sure, unemployment has a long list these days. And no one wants to be there. But remembering to watch a great movie at home, painting, playing sports, listening to music or going out and doing something fun with your spouse or date to recharge helps you professionally & personally long term. Next time you charge your phone think about how useless it would be, if you didn’t keep it charged. That’s exactly how we are when we are not charged to do & be our best.
