Bellewood Asylum Haunted House

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight! It was great to see everyone enjoy themselves. We appreciate the support every year. We hope to be back next year with the haunted house built bigger and better than before!

It's October 1st! Sounds and fog will be going nightly until Halloween. Sounds/fog start at dark and play for only 4 hours after dark. Roughly 10:15/10:30. Lights remain on until sunrise. Feel free to stop by and look from the road or take photos. We have an announcement coming within the next few days! Keep your eyes out for it!

Reminder: Tonight there will be live actors and scares out in the graveyard from 6 and will end around 730/8 depending on if trick or treaters are still out. Stop by get some candy and see some fun scares.

Announcement: a lot of people have been walking by and asking if we will be doing the haunted house. The short answer is no we will not. However we will be having live actors roaming around the front yard. We encourage you to stop by. We will be handing out candy and you are welcome to watch the display in the front yard. We will have five or more actors out front interacting with people and scaring from a safe distance of course. All that we ask is that you follow covid precautions.

We have had a few private messages about if we will be doing the haunted house this year. Here is the plan... We have already begun to build the yard portion this year. If things remain the same or get better we will be holding a walk through as normal but with more social distancing and other precautions in effect. ... If COVID-19 regulations clamp down we will be holding a elaborate drive-by outdoor display with live actors roaming the areas. There will be NO walk through if regulations get strict again. Hours to be determined if it happens and as it gets closer. Regardless of which way it goes we will be celebrating Halloween in some way shape or form. We hope to be back to normal for Halloween 2021.

Thank you to all those who attended tonight! The monsters braved the rain and so did a lot of you! We were shocked how many still stopped out due to the weather conditions. We hope you liked what we had to show this year. Granted it was skimmed down due to the weather forecast and projected high winds tonight. Here is to early hopes for nice weather next year! And more screams and entertainment!
