P-EBT is not to be confused with P-SNAP benefits. Here are the facts: P-SNAP allows SNAP recipients to receive more monthly dollars to afford food during the pandemic.... P-EBT is meant to feed any child from a household with income low enough to qualify free and/or reduced school lunches. Both SNAP and non-SNAP families can qualify for P-EBT if the children in their household are eligible for free and/or reduced lunch. Georgia families will receive a one-time P-EBT allotment in the amount of $256.50 per eligible child. All P-EBT recipients will be able to buy food with an EBT card at local farms, markets & stores that accept EBT. Wholesome Wave Georgia is here to help all eligible families in our state benefit from P-SNAP and P-EBT during the pandemic, but WE NEED YOUR HELP.
