PICKED CLEAN!!!! That is a wrap for our 2020 Apple Season!! Our best year yet! Thank you to everyone for coming to visit us this year! We saw many of our dear friends we have made over the years, and made many new friends this year!! We appreciate everyone’s amazing support and we hope to see you all next year!! Stay safe!!

We look forward to trying our new offer tomorrow! Please be patient with us as we work out the kinks! Due to the excessive standing water and mud, we will not be able to allow anyone to drive deep into the orchard. You will be able to park at the bunk house after paying at the Apple shack. Please feel free to bring your wagon, buckets, bags, and boxes! Boots are recommended!! We still have some pumpkins! $5 each and some smaller and sugar pies for $3! ... Unfortunately, due to all the rain we had yesterday, we will be unable to allow picking from our pumpkin patch today. All pumpkins will be available for sale upfront for $5!!! Sugar pie pumpkins are available for $3 each!!! Sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t think anyone will appreciate their car caked with Putnam clay!

LAST WEEKEND SPECIALS!! This weekend will be our final weekend to be open for the 2020 season! Saturday, October 17, the Apple shack will be open for pick your own apples and pick your own pumpkins! ALL PUMPKINS ARE ONLY $5 EACH!!!! Get them while you can!! ... On Sunday, October 18, we will offer an option for those who are looking for large quantities of apples! You can pick whatever you find! Thankfully the weather has decided to hold out!! We will open the back of our orchard for a FILL YOUR VEHICLE DAY! Essentially, if it can fit in your vehicle, it’s yours! Please bring your own wash baskets, shopping bags, or boxes. Bags will be available for purchase at $1 each. The following are the prices per trip and guidelines: Cars - $50.00 SUV/Vans - $75.00 Trucks - $100.00 We have apple bins available for sale should you choose to bring a trailer. Each 15 bushel bin you fill is $70 which includes the bin for you to keep. 20 bushel bins are available for $90. If you have previously purchased a bin, you can fill the bin for $60 (15 bushel) and $80 (20 bushel). No tag alongs or outside compartments can be filled (thules for example). Our staff will point you in the right direction to avoid wet and less ideal areas! Pay at the Apple Shack and you will be directed back!! This was by far one of thee most successful weekends Billy Bobs Orchard has ever seen!! Thank you to all you came out this weekend to enjoy all we had to offer!! Special thank yous go out to Katie Lee, Jimmy T. Bevins and his band members, Arttie and Penny M. Watrous, Joel Andersen, Molly Price, Margaret Snyder Webb, Mark Watrous, our terrific vendors that joined us, and, of course, the 4 youngest crew members, Reid, Dayton, Faith and Levi!! The hard work has paid off and it could not have been done without everyone! Several times this weekend we thought, Dad/Bill would have loved this!! He loved to see the orchard thrive, families enjoying themselves, and seeing all the faces, new and old, who came down! Thank you to all who visited!!

It’s Apple Fest Weekend!! So excited to see everyone! We want to make sure everyone has a great time while being safe! As always, masks will be required to enter the Apple Shack, while on the hayride, and anytime you are not able social distance! Sanitizing stations are available. We appreciate everyone’s effort and understanding!

It's Apple Fest Time!

If you're visiting for the first time or if you're coming for your 10th year in a row, you have watched these kiddos grow up! This past year has been quite different and my sister and I would not have managed to keep up with the apple demand this season if we didn't have these amazing kids. Each weekend, we bring our kids with us to work at the orchard...and most days they help out without any direction they grab a bag or bucket and start picking. One year ago today, the le...gendary Billy of Billy Bob's Orchard left this earth. But, It's very clear Bill Blood's' work ethic lives on in BBO's fantastic four! Your mom's appreciate you very much...we think we'll keep yas Papa would be so proud

Wow! What a great day at The Orchard. Billy, of Billy Bob's, would have been overjoyed to see the traffic going in and out of the orchard today. I can see him smile now. Brown's Cider was one of Bill's favorite parts about apple season. Busy weekend Orchard days , he would keep a 1/2 gallon right in the truck with him to swig on throughout the day he just loved it! We will have Brown's cider and Half Dozen Donuts Old Fashioned & Cider Donuts available. Don't wait! You do not want to miss out!... The orchard will be closed tomorrow, October 5th, as an instrumental member of our orchard, the Billy of Billy Bobs, passed away this morning. He fought a hard battle but it was just too much for our big guy. We appreciate everyone who has reached out. We will be open on Sunday, October 6th.
