And that is how, in spite... of all obstacles, challenges and odds, Erin + John arrived at the best day of their lives this past October. After years of falling more and more in love with one another, Erin + John finally tied the knot on a beautiful autumn day. An outdoor ceremony at the Wind Watch Golf & Country Club was followed by a reception at the Fox Hollow that was filled with celebration and well wishes for the new Mr. & Mrs. Fortin! We had such an amazing time capturing Erin + John's wedding day and we couldn't be more excited for them to start their journey of marriage together! It can't be denied: life is a whirlwind! Every day, our attention is pulled in so many directions as we try to strike a balance between work and play, focus on our health and well being, and be the best versions of ourselves. But then suddenly, in the middle of all of the reevaluating, reflecting and refocusing, it happens -- you meet someone who makes you realize that you're moving too fast, that you have plenty to offer this world, and that this newfound happiness, companio...nship and love makes your life so much richer. When Valerie + Marc met, they took a breath, slowed down, and nourished the love they had discovered for one another because they knew they had found something very special in each other. There's nothing more inspirational than the wedding of two people who are simply meant to be, and Valerie + Marc's wedding day was a complete breath of fresh air! Their beautiful ceremony at St. Matthew's Roman Catholic Church in Dix Hills was followed by a reception of celebration at the stunning Mansion at Oyster Bay. It's the first Monday of 2021! We are feeling good as we reflect and set some intentions for the upcoming year. As wedding videographers we feel the films we create are a mutual gift shared between us and the couples we have had the pleasure to meet and work with. Every love story has details that make it so very special and a wedding day is a delicate moment in time that when captured just right, encapsulates the very essence of love shared by a couple. We would like to take... a moment to thank all the couples who've chosen Bilski Productions to tell their love story. Thanks to you we've been surrounded and inspired by the endless possibilities of love for over ten years! This year we hope to see the world heal so we can be surrounded by the excitement of marital bliss once more. We hope to soon see families + friends gathering to celebrate with hugs, happy tears, and of course, killer dance moves! We hope this year will allow for all the joy and closeness we've so dearly missed but until then, we stay strong and we stay grounded in the love we know all our amazing couples -- past, present and future -- have in store for us! And just like that we say goodbye to 2020 and welcome the new year with open arms and open hearts. We are so ready for 2021 and can’t wait for all our amazing couples to finally say I do!
