June is almost upon us and we're off to a later start than usual. The cold temperatures, snow and frost in May have set us back a few weeks let alone the corona virus. I hope everyone has maintained their health during these last few months. New homeowners are anxious to get their lawns installed but they need their driveways and sidewalks put in first. The grading companies just started last week and they are trying to accomplish their work as quick as possible. Every compan...y connected to the building trades, landscapers, etc are trying to get their employees back to work. The lucrative opportunity to stay at home and collect unemployment is difficult to walk away from for some folks. I spoke to many sub contractors and getting good help, or just help in general seems to be a challenge. This may be a good time if anyone is looking for a job, there should be a few to pick from. Hello everyone. I've just been updated that building services are going to be halted for awhile. Unless you are working entirely alone, you can not work on new builds etc. I will be out doing estimates (alone) and if you need to speak to me please call with any questions. As many of you are dealing with the virus and all of its unknowns and many places are closed, I'd like to give you our position for the immediate future. I am told the building trades and landscapers are essential services. As I get requests for estimates/quotes for new lawns to be installed, I will be going out and completing those quotes as soon as the phone calls or emails come in. I will return phone calls ASAP, and go over the quote either on the phone or in person if you are living at the job site. Our warehouse has all of our products on the shelf that I need for several months going forward, with more being ordered as needed. Our prices are very competitive and have not moved in several years. I hope everyone is healthy and staying safe. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.

This is one of our best looking September installation lawns. It was installed on September 5th in Clarence on Marcos Hideaway in the new Northwoods subdivision, and 3 weeks later using just a temporary sprinkler system we have a lawn that looks like sod. This is our #1 lawn for 2019. It was installed August 6th. It’s the same grass seed we’ve been using for 15 years and this homeowner followed our simple watering instructions to the letter. I just can’t get over how plush it looks and feels. Much better than sod at a fraction of the cost. 2 ’s up.

I just talked to this homeowner today about how beautiful his lawn is coming in. He said he just followed my watering instructions and he cut the lawn today for the first time. It’s 3 weeks old...not bad.
