Over these challenging months we’ve had to innovate, here is a good example of how we translate a Chi Sau idea to the padded pole. Even though we can not touch and have to socially distance, we still have so many ways to share this beautiful art. I’ve been lucky to have my partner @ninamarqueti , @bertncharlieskid and Oliver as my pod of people that I can train with safely , having them around allows me to be able to safely demonstrate to the rest of the students as a visual ...example while they do the hard work of no touch Chi Sau, Self Defense and more, which is mind blowing! My pod and I test frequently, and stay safe!
