Brandon Larson, Parts Manager Black Rock Truck Group Branford hosted a BBQ Lunch at Bozzuto’s on August 8, 2019. We like to show our appreciation to our best and loyal customers in a fun and unique way. 70 people showed up over the course of 3 shifts to enjoy a Texas style Brisket BBQ. ... Larson had cooked 70lbs of brisket over the course of 13 hours in his own cooker, a wood reverse flow cooker he had brought up from Texas. Larson loves to cook for a crowd, trying out new recipes, and cooking in different locales. He’s been cooking for 10 years and entering cooking competitions for the past 4 years. What he loves most about making his famous Texas Barbeque is watching people eat!
