Stephanie represents lenders and individuals in residential real estate transactions, REO closings, evictions, title matters and court proceedings. She has also practiced family law aiding clients in domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, guardianship and neglect proceedings. She is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Criminal Justice where she was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and the National Dean's List. Today marks the three year anniversary of the opening of our Rochester office and the addition of Kevin Brzezinski, Esq., as a Partner. Congratulations to our dedicated team in our Rochester office for many more years to come. #BLLB

Agents, Clients, Loan Officers etc.: Our firm as a lender attorney and as title insurance agent as regulated through the Department of Financial Services, is deemed an essential service; which falls under Governor Cuomo's exemption for allowing our firm to remain open. We will remain open and are currently closing transactions and accepting new contracts and loan assignments from the lenders.... The Erie County Clerk announced today that the clerk's office is now closed to the public. Cashiers are able to report to work to index our transactions. Our firm is fully equipped for electronic filing with all counties throughout the State of New York that accept e-filing. We have designated one conference room that is fully sanitized and reception area is fully sanitized as well. Every precaution is being made to keep these areas clean and social distancing is being utilized. Half of our staff works remotely via secure access and rotates. There are also precautions in place for rescheduling transactions for individuals who have traveled or who may be ill. We look forward to working with you, our legal community, clients and banks.
