Wise words from a dear friend and teacher!

We've decided to temporarily close the studio from Monday, 3/16 through Sunday, 3/22 to do what we can to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus in our area. It's a difficult and scary decision for a small business to make, but a widespread shutdown of non-essential businesses seems like the best way forward to slowing this thing down and taking care of all of us. We'll re-asses the situation at the end of the week and keep you posted. In the meantime, we will miss seeing... your bright faces this week! We are grateful for you all. We're also looking into the possibility of offering some classes online to help all of us through this, and will keep you posted on that front, too. Hi everyone! Amy Jo's Friday morning classes are cancelled today (2/7) due to the heavier snow & poor road conditions predicted in the hours to come. Stay safe & warm!

On Sunday, February 9th, April will be leading the first class in a workshop series that centers around this wonderful book! The classes focus on the Yamas, ethical yoga guidelines, and how they apply to us in terms of personal wellness and social justice. Pre-register for this class soon! Space is limited.

It's been a whirlwind 11 days! Official signage still to come; we have a temporary one in the window for now. More space, loads of natural light, plenty of QUIET, hooray!! The new space is still a work-in-progress as we settle in & make it ours, but we're ready to get going! Classes in the new space start Monday, January 6th...we hope to see you soon!!

Bodhi Tree Yoga is moving....but not very far! Effective Monday January 6, all classes will be held at our new space at 1698 Penfield Road in the former Curves gym. Look forward to seeing you soon!
