Supporting people trying to conceive is 100% incredible. Just a reminder that you no longer need a Dr’s note to come in for your scheduled sessions. BUT, if you think this whole Covid thing is a hoax, kindly find a new massage therapist

I held out for 7 days. I could’t wait to make more wontons! There were multiple high fives during dinner. Pork wontons with bok choy for the dinner win, after an awesome day & the great news that restrictions have lifted and massage is allowed without a Dr’s note

Have you ever velveted beef or chicken for stir frying? I’d never heard of it until today. Basically you slice your meat then soak it in 2T baking soda & a 1/2c of water for 30 minutes. Rinse well & then marinate/use in stir fry. I am super picky about meat & this absolutely worked for my beef & oyster sauce over turmeric rice for lunch today! Just a reminder, I can only see you for massage with a note from your Primary Doctor, Midwife/OB, Chiropractor, Physical Therapist or Acupuncturist while we are in the Orange zone for Covid.

This guy has been alllll about momma lately I hope you all had a good day yesterday filled with pockets of overwhelming gratitude, heart expanding love, and damn good food. I am so grateful for my life, my family, my practice and all of you who fill it. Thank you for choosing me as your massage therapist, to be a nurturing presence in this crazy roller coaster of life. The state has added a provision for medical massage as a service that can remain open while we are in the... Orange Zone. But, this means you must have a note from your Primary care Doctor, your OB/Midwife, or your Chiropractor or Physical Therapist in order to come see me. I sent an email to everyone who has an appointment next week with more details. If you have an upcoming appointment, I suggest reaching out to one of your care providers and requesting a note to continue massage. Tell them why you get massage, how you benefit from it and why you feel it’s important to continue care. While it’s a bit of a hassle to get the note, I do think we as massage consumers have an opportunity to help educate providers about the benefits of massage. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. We’ll navigate & get through this together
