If you haven’t heard of them, they are a round chocolate shell/ball filled with hot cocoa mix and mini marshmallows, topped with assorted Holiday sprinkles (sugar based, they melt). They make a great stocking stuffer or are perfect for a small gift. My 4 year old loves watching them open up and reveal marshmallows! 2nd picture is for size, 4th is directions. $5 per bomb, cash or check (made to Bokies) only. These will be available for pick up, starting tomorrow, 12/11, by reservation only. If you would like 1 or more, please send a message to this page. Long post alert, bear with me until the end Cold Pies, Warm Hearts Good afternoon!! I was really hoping to post an amazing menu of seasonal ice cream pies yesterday, but, I ran in to a bit of a (huge) problem last week when I was making and testing out new Holiday flavors in my batch freezer (the one I make all the homemade hard ice cream flavors in). A major part broke inside the machine and it’s almost as old as me , the company does not make the machine anymore... and there are no parts for it anywhere. The broken part is currently at a machine shop, where they are trying to fabricate a new piece for it. I’m hoping it will be returned to me soon, but there is no guarantee it will be usable in time for Holiday pies. SO, Looooong story, short, all those delicious holiday flavors (peppermint, gingerbread, frozen hot chocolate and eggnog) that I wanted to make for you, are currently on hold :( However, I still have my soft serve machines, and am ready to use those! I am now taking orders for the following ice cream pies: Peanut Butter Cup Oreo Cookie Dough All 3 of those flavors will have a chocolate/Oreo crust, have vanilla ice cream, and a ribbon of whipped topping on them. The Oreo will be layered with fudge and Oreos, the cookie dough will be layered with cookie dough pieces, fudge and will have mini chocolate chips on top. The Peanut Butter Cup will have chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter and fudge. All ice cream pies will $15 (tax included), and are cash or check (made out to Bokies) only, as my credit card processor is off for the winter. Pick ups will be at Bokies on 12/21 and 12/22, from 9 am to 5 pm (I will probably extend hours slightly on the 22nd, and may add the morning of the 23rd, and will update). It is very hard to keep track of comments, and I don’t always see them all, so please don’t order in the comments, just send a private message and I’ll let you know when I’ve received your order :) I have all fingers and toes crossed, hoping that I will still be able to get those holiday flavors done, and will update if I have a working machine soon. Ok folks! We did it! We have lots and lots of ice cream pies for you to pick up. I’ve put all orders under your last name. Pick up times will be tomorrow, Tuesday, from 9 am to 5 pm, and Wednesday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Please wear a mask upon entrance, come right through the front door, I’ll be at the counter.
